cupcakes are feather light and butter free. Replaced by extra virgin olive
oil, the resulting airy-spongy chiffon cake base is healthy and guilt free!
The center is filled with the lovely soft bavarian cream, and then topped
with just a light blanket of freshly whipped creme chantilly!
